Meeting at the hotel reception
The driver will pick you up from your hotel early in the morning. We will inform you of the pick-up time one day in advance.
Watching the inflation of the balloons
You will be taken directly to the launch site to watch the inflation of the hot air balloons. Your pilot will give you a briefing about the safety procedures before take-off.
Take-off
The take-off is gentle and comfortable. Enjoy the sunrise while the balloon is rising to the sky. The flight duration is 60 minutes.
Landing and celebration
Our ground team will be following the balloon during the whole flight. The team will meet you at the landing area and help you to celebrate the journey with a traditional champagne toast. Then you will receive a commemorative flight certificate which is suitable for framing.
Back to the hotel
The driver will drop you off at your hotel at the end of the event.

- Where do you pick up from in Cappadocia?
- We pick up from Goreme, Uchisar, Cavusin, Avanos, Ortahisar, Urgup, Mustafapasa, and Nevsehir city center. We do not pick up from Kayseri city center, Kayseri Airport, and Nevsehir Airport. You need an additional transfer from the airport.
- When will you inform us the pick-up time?
- We will inform you of the pick-up time one day before the event.
- What should I wear?
- Dress casually and comfortably, depending on the time of the year. The air temperature is colder at sunrise than during the day, so we recommend that you wear long sleeves and long trousers. You should also wear comfy shoes. It’s a good idea to wear flat-soled shoes as you may need to walk on uneven terrain. Read more.
